【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ketoconazole mixture cream used for treating otomycosis external and media.Methods 67 cases of otomycosis external and media were retrosp
ected,and there were 23 cases of otomycosis external and 44 of otomycosis external-media treated locally with ketoconazole mixture cream.The times of follow-up were in 1,2,4,8,and 12 weeks.
Results The rates of effect and cure were 98.5% and 86.5% by 8 to 12 weeks after the treating.
Conclusion The method is effective for treating otomycosis external and media.

外耳道、中耳真菌病为耳科常见病之一，但在诊断和治疗上较为棘手，为寻找一种有效治疗方法，笔者对1999～2004年局部应用复方酮康唑乳膏治疗的病例进行回顾性分析，现将结果报告如下。
1 资料与方法
